4. Booking and Cancellations

Jobs must be booked in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time may incur a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule jobs due to weather, equipment failure, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is required as per the agreed-upon quote or invoice terms. Late payments may incur a fee. We accept bank transfers and other forms of payment as agreed.

6. Site Access and Safety

You must provide safe and unrestricted access to the site. Any delays caused by access issues may incur additional charges. It is your responsibility to ensure all necessary permits are in place unless agreed otherwise.

7. Waste Disposal

We will dispose of waste materials responsibly, using licensed facilities where applicable. Hazardous materials must be disclosed prior to commencement. Additional charges may apply for handling or disposing of such items.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our liability for any claim related to the performance of our services is limited to the cost of re-performing the services or the amount paid for the service, whichever is lesser.
